Today we welcome Dustin Voss. Dustin is the Financial Education Specialist for Chicago Public Schools where it is his job to make sure all of Chicago's children gain a foundation in Financial Literacy. Dustin has been a long time advocate and teacher of Financial Literacy, including serving on the IL Governor's Task force for Financial Empowerment and being on the oversight board for CPS's 403b/457 program.

Dustin and his wife Nora are an educator-couple navigating the joys and difficulties of raising a family and caring for a dependent elder.

On today’s episode, Dustin shares how his young family has navigated the high cost of childcare and home buying in one of the nation’s most expensive cities and how they work together as a team.
